Brandon developed his standards in a market that does not forgive missed schedules or vague scopes. He brought that standard south to Upstate South Carolina, paired with local code knowledge, deep trade relationships, and craftsmanship that belongs here.

Today BIHN operates across three divisions: Commercial, Public Works, and Luxury Residential. The firm serves owners, municipalities, engineers, and discerning private clients across Upstate South Carolina and beyond. BIHN leads with public works and commercial. Residential is selective, high-end, and held to the same standard.
