Joe Martin is a Partner and Chief Preconstruction Officer at Bihn Construction, responsible for preconstruction planning, estimating, budgeting, and early-stage project coordination across commercial and high-end residential work.

Joe brings deep technical knowledge of construction, with hands-on experience in scope development, trade coordination, and cost control. He leads pricing, subcontractor negotiations, and preconstruction execution, working closely with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure projects are clearly defined and properly structured before construction begins.

As a partner, Joe oversees preconstruction operations and supports project execution, ensuring cost, schedule, and scope alignment carry through from planning into the field. His focus is on accuracy, preparation, and building projects that perform as intended.
